VACUUM SYSTEM

Positive Displacement Pump; 3,500 CFM, 16″ Hg 500 HP Transfer Case -15,500 ft-lb torque, with air shift. The 8′ front-mounted, telescopic boom has twin lift cylinders, and a 26′ reach. (Options include blowers up t:o 6,000 CFM/27″ Hg).

FILTRATION

Top loading debris tank, debris body baffle, dual 10″ stainless steel float ball shutoff, and centrifugal cyclone separator. The cyclone has a full opening door with removable vortex finder and 20″ cleanout. Also equipped with a custom engineered, washable, stainless steel vee wire filter (300 micron).

DEBRIS BODY

Our unique design offers a unitized water and debris tank with double sub-frame.

Payload options of 5-13 cubic yards, made from 3/16″ ASTM A572 Grade 50 EX-Ten steel. Full opening tailgate with field adjustable hinge and dual cylinders. Four fail-safe, individually adjustable locks that assure a complete seal. Heavy duty, double acting lift cylinder provides a stable 50° dump angle.

WATER SYSTEM

Our 3/16″ Stainless steel water tank offers an available capacity of 500-2,000 gallons. The tri-plex water pump is standard at 80 gpm/2,000 PSI. (Optional water pump flow up to 100 gpm and PSI up to 3,000).

The front-mounted, articulating hose reel features a heavy duty frame mount with high ground clearance and allows for easy engine access. It is directly driven with a l “x 800′, l 1/4″ x 500′, or 3/4” x 1,200′ capacity.
